What if I want to cancel or pause the Cold Call Service in the middle of a month?

In the event you want to pause the Cold Call service, simply email requesting to pause the Cold Call Team. Due to the nature of our service with hiring and utilization of our Cold Call resources, we do not offer any partial month refunds is you wish to pause mid-month. You will continue to be charged for the full monthly fee associated with the Cold Call Team. In the event you want to Cancel the service and possibly restart at a future date, please make sure to email requesting to "Cancel the Sales Ninja Phone Team service." If you decide to restart again, there is a $400 restart fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the team to complete the setup/restart process.
