Am I able to pause the Cold Call Service for a period of time?

Yes, you can Pause the Cold Call Service by submitting a request to Support@REIvault.com.

Due to the nature of our service and resource staffing, you will continue to be charged the monthly service fee. In the event you prefer to cancel the service and possibly restart in the future, please email Support@REIvault.com and clearly specify you wish to cancel. There is a $400 restart/setup fee. Please allow up to 7 business days for the team to fully setup and restart this service for you.

In the event you Pause, you will need to submit a second request to Support@REIvault.com to request that your Cold Call service change from Pause back to Active. NOTE: Tthere are no refunds for a partial month. If you decide to pause your Sales Ninja Phone Team service mid-month, you are still charged for the full month of Service.
