If I purchased a large set of leads and decide to stop or downsize can I adjust my payment?

No, there are no refunds for the purchase of a large set of leads. The pricing for the Large Set of leads is a one time charge (split over 3 months), if you do stop payments in month two, we would stop phoning your leads. There are no refunds for a partial month. If you decide to pause your Sales Ninja Phone Team service partway into Month 2, you are still charged for the full month of Service. So long as you are Active with the Base Leads Pacakge of 150/month, we'll continue to call on your Backlog of leads - eventhough it could take a few months to fully work through.
