Can I change the Text Messages and Timing/Sequence when those messages go out?

Yes, you do have the ability to change and modify the Six outgoing Basic Text messages and the timiing which they are sent.

The easiest way to is to email Support@reivault.com which of the Six Text messages and sequences you want updated.

You can also make the changes yourself by following these simple steps: 1) Access the "Configuration" Application in your Podio Workspace 2) in the "Text Follow Up" record, under the "Text Follow Up" section: you can update the "Text 1-6 Content" fields with your desired message. 3) in the "Text Follow Up" record, under the "Text Follow Up" section: you can update the "Send Text Three (1-6) x Days" fields with the desired timing in days you would like the message to go out. The default is set to 10, 25, 35, 45, 90 & 180 days after the Seller Record is placed in Follow Up Status.
