How do I follow up with Seller Leads with Letters?

We've made it simple to mail follow up letters to your leads. Our "No Seller Left Behind" Follow Up system was built for follow up. You can simply click a button in Podio Seller Leads to get a seller off postcard campaigns and onto a Follow Up Letter Nurture Campaign. The Follow Up Nuture Campaign is 8 Follow Up Letters with a frequency of one per month over 8 months. Additionally, a Task will be created for you to follow up via Text Message or Phone Call after 14 days from requesting this campaign. We recommend sending the Follow Up Nurture Campaign to every potential "someday/maybe" seller lead if you're not sending an offer or marking the lead as "Dead".
