I have ANGRY people calling me back and I don’t know how to handle this.

You can expect 5% of the voice mails to be either angry or requesting to be "removed from the mailings." This is expected and common. A couple of things:

1) You should definitely not be listening to the voicemail that are coming into your email. They are really just an audio file. These voice mail emails go into Podio and the VAs will process them, transcribe them and identify the good vs. the bad leads. Only 20% of the voicemail leads will be viable.

2) You can remove anyone from future mailing with a click of a button in Podio. You really should only look at leads from Podio and make decisions and next steps from Podio.
