Where do the number of buyer transactions on the list come from?

When we pull the cash buyers list, we are doing this differently with a proprietary method that we think gets a better result, similar to the way we pull our Invisible Seller List. We first pull every name and address in the zip codes. We do this because most of the best Sellers and Buyers are missed by using a tool selecting "absentee owner" or "Non-owner Occupied." We then find cash buyers who have purchased at least 5 "like kind" properties in those zip codes during the previous 6 months using all cash or private money. With this process, our members have had great results. When we mail a buyer campaign Done-For-You, our Best Practice is approximately $300 worth of mail, which we have found gets about 50-60 calls and about 3-5 good cash buyers.
