What CRM system will we be using to follow up with and process our leads?

You will be using our highly customized Podio application which we will set up and manage for you. We have built all the "Best Practices" and workflows for text messaging hangups, pulling pictures from Google Street View, pulling Zillow Purchase and Rental Values, and the "No Seller Left Behind" Follow Up System including 1 Click Offer Packages and Follow Up Letters. This was all built from feedback and contribution from our members.

If you already have Podio or another CRM, no problem. We have built our CRM to easily integrate with other CRMs. You can discuss this during your interview call once your application is approved. If you are an existing member, we can discuss this during our New Member Welcome Call and an Account Review. A small customization fee may be assessed depending upon the complexity and time required by our CRM 3rd party experts.
