How do I reschedule my Account Review session?

Since we have many members booking and changing appointments at the same time, we have automated this process.

If your appointment has not occurred yet, the best way to reschedule is by clicking on the cancel/reschedule link in the appointment confirmation email that you initially received.

 On the other hand, if you missed the appointment that you were scheduled for, you will be marked as a "no show" and the calendar will automatically send you a link to reschedule. This will allow you to see the available dates and time and pick the one that works best for you without a lot of back and forth.
