How can I recieve email notifications for all calls, not just the viable leads?

Based on feedback from our members, we setup REIvault to only send emails and creates tasks for the "Viable" leads so that you are not overloaded with emails. However, for those members who have strong sales phone teams of lead processors, it is highly advantageous to jump on all leads faster and receive email notifications on all inbound leads or calls. Simply create a Change Request or send email to We need to know the name and email address to send these notifications.
