What happens after I join?

Our new member turn up is incredibly fast and efficient. You should be getting leads within 7 to 10 business days from the time you signup and complete our New Member FastTrack Questionnaire. You will simply provide us your monthly marketing budget (which you can change), the list of zip codes that you would like to target and some additional information we need. If you're not 100% sure of what zip codes are best in your market, our team can help provide you with investor buyer activity so that you can better select your zip codes.

You will then have a strategy session with our Strategy Planner who will help customize a marketing campaign to meet your specific budget and goals which you will have to approve. Once you have approved the sales and marketing plan, our team will immediately go to work on setting everything up. Your first mailing will go out within 7 days of your approval. It's that simple. While our team is setting everything up and getting your first mailing out, you'll be watching our training videos so you understand how the leads are processed, what all the statuses mean and how to best work in our systems.

We will provide you the systems and training. You will just need to dedicate at least 1-2 hours of time to go through our training so you know how to use our system, including the "No Seller Left Behind" Follow Up system. You should be able to have sellers calling you within 7-10 days from the time you sign up and complete our FastTrack Questionnaire.
